Just Clip provides a tool for YouTube creators to allow their viewers to generate public replay pages from live streams using chat commands. We do not download, host, or claim ownership of the underlying video content.

3. Platform Responsibility

You remain fully bound by YouTube's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. Just Clip utilizes standard YouTube embed players to display content. You are responsible for ensuring that the content clipped from your stream does not violate any third-party rights or platform rules.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to exploit the service to generate unauthorized clips, manipulate timestamps, or harass other users. We reserve the right to ban any account found abusing the beta platform.

5. Feedback

As a beta participant, any feedback, suggestions, or bug reports you provide may be used by Just Clip to improve the service without any obligation or compensation to you.

6. No Guaranteed Availability & Limitation of Liability

The service is provided strictly "as is" and "as available" during this beta phase. We do not guarantee uptime, and we are not liable for any missed clips, lost data, or service interruptions.
